Sworn Police Officer Salary:  

     $96,844 - $117,735 annually

     $46.56 - $56.60  hourly

POST Intermediate Certificate:       5% of base hourly rate

POST Advanced Certificate:       12% of base hourly rate

Longevity Pay:      

     5% after 5 yrs.

     7% after 10 yrs.

     8% after 15 yrs.

     9% after 20 yrs.

Specialty Pay:      FTO, K9, Traffic, SRO, Detectives, SWAT, DRE 

Fitness/Wellness Incentives:

     10 hours of accrued compensation per month  

     $495 of Fitness Pay per month (in addition to salary)

Vacation Accrual per pay period:

     Date of hire to 1 yr.         3.08 hrs (80 hrs. total)

     2-5 yrs.                             4.62 hrs. (120 hrs. total)

     6-9 yrs.                             5.38 hrs. (140 hrs. total)

     10-11 yrs.                            6.15 hrs. (160 hrs. total)

     12-14 yrs.                           6.92 hrs. (180 hrs. total)

     15 yrs. or more                 7.69 hrs. (200 hrs. total)
