Second Amendment Right to Bear Arms
For those of you interested in your Second Amendment rights, the United States Supreme Court just granted certiorari in a case out of New York—a very anti-Second Amendment state—in the case of State Rifle & Pistol Ass'n v. Crolett (Apr. 26, 2021) U.S. LEXIS 2144; cert. granted. The sole question on appeal before the High Court is: “Whether the State’s denial of petitioners’ applications for concealed-carry licenses for self-defense violated the Second Amendment.” Should be interesting.
